Starford acquires Liberty First Consulting
Starford Legal HR and Liberty First Consulting have announced the complete merger of their business operations to offer a fully integrated Legal HR and Management Consultancy solution to the market. Starford will acquire Liberty First assets, people and client contracts and the merged business will operate under the Starford Legal HR brand.
Founded in 2017, Liberty First Consulting helps clients improve business performance by embedding changes in their working practices, developing their skills and driving operational improvements that last. Serving a broad selection of public and private organisations as well as public sector institutions, Liberty First’s experienced Management Consultants bring a fresh perspective and allow clients to grow by solving challenges and finding new and better ways of operating.

Sally Hillman brings with her many years of experience in sales, marketing, procurement and operations at director level, with a career that has spanned 5* sports and leisure clubs, hotels, restaurants, corporate hospitality, fine dining and contract catering. Working for many notable FTSE 100, Fortune 500 organisations as well as private independent businesses, Sally has repeatedly identified ways to improve the operation of the businesses and drive financial benefits through both tactical methods and sustainable strategic change.
