Our workshop on team dynamics is aimed at reaching a common understanding of what it means to be a team.  Starford can provide you with the training, skills and resources to make substantial progress towards becoming a more cohesive and effective team.

How will the session run?

• Two facilitators from Staford will deliver this session in a number of formats. Either a full day, giving an overview of all five fundamentals or as multiple all day sessions, exploring each fundamental in more detail. We find face-to-face training to be more engaging and effective, but we can offer this as an online workshop if required.
