In this interactive Litigation masterclass, you’ll learn how to deal with and defend Employment Tribunal claims, including an overview of the process from start to finish.

How will the session run?

Materials for the session will include the bundle of documents and prepared witness statements.

Three Starford solicitors will run the mock tribunal throughout the day with breaks to cover explanations of the areas above.

The Starford facilitators will act as Tribunal judge and advocates, while selected participants will act as witnesses.

Length of session:  1 day, generally 9.30 am - 4.30 pm with time for lunch and coffee/tea breaks.
