Managing Performance Workshop

Dealing with performance issues can fill managers with dread, and it can be tricky for employers to find a way to motivate their staff when addressing any performance concerns. Meanwhile, appraisals are often seen as nothing more than a tick box exercise.

This training workshop takes an in-depth look at how to plan and deliver effective and worthwhile appraisals so that managers can get the very best out of the unique individuals on their teams. We will also cover all aspects of giving effective feedback (both positive and negative), and how to conduct a performance meeting with the appropriate follow up plans.
