Jane brings over 20 years’ of Senior HR experience and has been fortunate to have worked across a range of industries including SaaS Technology/B2B, Sport, Retail, Leisure, Facilities Management, Public/NHS and Charity sectors.
A skilled and knowledgeable people generalist, Jane possesses a practical down to earth approach across all HR disciplines that is instrumental in helping leaders to deliver effective people support to drive business strategy.
Jane has held both stand alone and leadership roles. Prior to consulting, she was Head of HR at a fast-paced Global Software business where she took the lead delivering collaborative and solution-focused people services. She has a passion for embedding best practice and wellbeing initiatives, whilst engaging with business leaders to cultivate work cultures where teams are engaged to deliver their best work.
