We endeavour to provide the best of service to our clients, but should you become concerned about the service provided by Starford, you should contact founder Julie Jones as soon as possible to initiate a resolution to the problem:

Problems can often be resolved efficiently by contacting Julie Jones in the first instance. If you are not satisfied at this point, your formal complaint will be registered in the Starford Complaints Register and will be investigated promptly. Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hrs and a response will be delivered to you within 14 days of receipt.
